Likely the best breakfast spot in Knoxville.Everything here tastes really good and is always consistent.Great coffee.Great omeletsGreat service.It has the feel of a Diner in the north east, but it’s clean.

Wow, what a gem this spot is! Let me begin with the service, Danielle, unbelievable! Southern hospitality, outstanding attitude and efficient! The restaurant business as a whole has declining service...but not here! Every person at Holly's was smiling and seemed to love their jobs! Food, yum! My entire party loved their meals! I had a great salmon bagel! Prices are very reasonable! Today was a nice spring day so we enjoyed the patio! This is a must for a great breakfast or brunch!
