The owner cares and listens to your questions. Got the excellent Sourdough Bread, as well as the Cinnamon Swirl Bread (that was a real crowd pleaser!). Not too far off I-40, so easy to get to. Several customers I spoke with were regulars - always a good sign.
This place rocks!! Wheat kernels shipped in from Montana, milled right in the bakery for the most wholesome and healthy bread around. They have all flavors, including hoagies, buns and bakery items. There’s even a lunch bar. Highly recommended.
