“My family's first time going to The Chop House and they did not disappoint. Everything from the food, restaurant and customer service was excellent. Our beautiful server Jenna was very friendly and attentive with serving us. Jenna constantly checked on us along with the manager of the restaurant. The food was excellent and we can't wait to go back when we visit Tennessee.“

“We went for one of those financial info dinners where we were starved for over an hour before our food was served (not the restaurants fault). My steak was VERY tender and yummy except for one streak of tough gristle that ran through it (I would have taken issue with that if I'd actually paid for that meal!). Overall the food experience was wonderful. We will consider going back for a regular dinner in the future.Parking: The handicap parking was limited and some spots were strung out a ways from the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: You have to pay attention from the parking lot to go around to the ramp entry if that is needed. There is an elevator available if you need to go downstairs.“
“I've been here a few times in the food was great we'll this last time we came everything came out looked great I was so hungry didn't take a picture. But make short my sweet potato was great on point but chicken tender rolled in salt. The manger there was very nice about it and she tasted a shrimp that was the same way. She asked if I wanted anything else. But I didn't so she just refund for the tender.“
“I normally do not write reviews for chain restaurants. But this Outback location is so well managed. The staff are super friendly and work together. I think we had four separate people visit our table to bring us things, even before we asked. Very impressive. We had a fantastic time.“
“Food and waiter were amazing! Food was fresh and delicious. Waiter was the best ! Only thing I would suggest is don’t eat upstairs. It was small and it wasn’t a great setting. It could just be us and our preference. It definitely wasn’t like the downstairs. I hate to even mention it but when you are spending that kind of money I would prefer a nicer setting. Either way we will be back but not upstairs.“

“The best service you could ask for. The best thing I like about this restaurant is that once they server says they're going to be right back with drinks, grab your boxes, or even bring you your bill, ect. they do it immediately. The food was warm and plated so nicely with bigger portions than a typical pricey restaurant.“
