Extremely lacking in the area of customer service. I’ve repeatedly had bad experiences at this location and don’t know why I’ve continued to return. One of the many issues and most recent, happened today at 12:30 pm. The website states they’re open until 3:00 am. The only reason I checked the website first was because we’re experiencing inclement weather. When I arrived, the parking lot had several cars in it and I could see employees standing outside, talking and smoking....read full review
I ordered a Crunchwrap and added guacamole and jalapeños and tomatoes and was not given the guacamole and the cheese that was supposed to come on it originally. I love guacamole and paid extra to have it on there and it was not given to me. My friend added his leftover cheese sauce on it.
