The most recent visit i had to this place was completely different from my last visit. The menu was more digestive friendly and most everything is made of ingredients that don't contain any gluten. A fully gluten-free place except for maybe a dessert or two is super rare. The management and the servers were so fun and friendly. I couldn't believe I was in the same place as last time. Tako Taco food and service are top notch. I love their constantly changing specials and the house margarita is delicious! Their chips are amazing and the queso is sooo good. Perfect spot if you're headed to a show at the Mill and Mine.
The staff at Tako Taco are its biggest asset, especially the bartender. Their drinks have a creative flourish with the flavor profiles to back it up. We found the food, though, to be just ok. We've tried all their tacos, and the only one worth ordering is the chopped roaster pig because of the spicy honey mustard sauce.
