Do you know how absolutely disgusting it is to be handed food through the drive thru by someone who has 2 inches of dirt caked under their fingernails? YUCK! The food is usually always fine but with his poor hygiene I wonder what I am eating.

MADE ME SICK! I'M VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN AND FIGURED I'D GET A COUPLE OF BURGERS. SOME GUY NAMED JOHN SERVED ME MY FOOD AT THE DRIVE-THRU. WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER EATING IT MY STOMACH WAS GOING NUTS.. I GOT DIARRHEA.. I WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP. I WAS IN THE MOTEL NEARBY. THE FOOD TASTED FINE BUT THERE WAS DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT. SO I FOUND THE RECEIPT IN MY VEHICLE THIS AFTERNOON AFTER MEETINGS ALL DAY. I HAD TO GO TO THE RESTROOM SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE OF HARDEES. I CALLED THE GUY NAMED JOHN AND HE COULD NOT CARE LESS! I'M NOT AN ANGRY PERSON. HE WAS VERY RUDE- DID NOT APOLOGIZE -AND SAID HE DOESN'T CARE BECAUSE HE'S NOT GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE... (AFTER I SAID: "I DON'T WANT TO GET YOU IN TROUBLE"). HE OFFERED ME THE MANAGER'S PHONE NUMBER- BUT I'LL JUST WAIT TILL TOMORROW AND GO SEE THE MANAGER IN PERSON. NO WONDER I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER. I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE BECAUSE IT WAS ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE DID TO MY FOOD, BUT IT MADE ME EXTREMELY SICK. AND HIS ATTITUDE IS EVEN WORSE THAN THE FOOD! Service here is horrendous! Ordered a biscuit n gravy and large coffee, see would say anything when I asked for my coffee a just threw the empty cup at me. I told her the coffee dispenser was empty, she ignored me and I had to raise my voice and yell there isn't any coffee in the lobby!

My first experience at a Hardee's, unfortunately I think it was the staff that was the problem ? I was the only Coustomer in the restaurant and my French Frys ?? were cold & everyone was having fun laughing & joking than working. Maybe I just came on a bad day, I don't know. But I wasn't impressed ?
