Always a great fast food meal. A lot of bang for your buck and worth every penny. The milkshakes are amazing and there are so many options to choose from. The hamburgers are very tasty and if you get a meal "tray" you get 2 sides along with your burger. Sides include, but not limited to, corn dog, quesadilla, bacon/chicken wrap, fries, onion rings... The team members are always friendly and the food is cooked as ordered. That being said there can sometimes be a wait but the double drive thru lanes help alleviate super long wait times. Would recommend Cook Out to anyone, especially this location. Drive thru only.
Weirdest parking lot ever! It's a sharp corner to get around the drive through window and a median in an inconvenient place. Avoid the curbs!

The 2 stars is for the cheese curd and sprite not being flat!! They should be ashamed of themselves selling a double large burger that you can measure between your fingers as I've shown in the pics. This isn't the first I went to the Lebanon TN location. But for $9 at least don't dry it out, it was AWFUL!!! For some reason Google will not allow a pic to be uploaded for you to see this meal.

The atmosphere and service are not friendly. Teens blerting out at you instead of letting you talk about your order. Food comes out burnt, i.e., quesadillas (heartburn everytime), and the burgers are always overcooked and shriveled. The sad part is that I have been the only one in line, and they still can't be bothered to hear your order or make great food.I ordered a blt sandwich once, and I asked for a refund and was given another sandwich. My issue was explained to me by a manager. Apparently, they toss the bread back into a warmer. That was their explanation for why I chewed thru half a BREAD TIE. UNACCEPTABLE...I almost called corporate.

Husband & I stopped by after our work trip…. This was by far tonight 9/10/2023 the best trip we’ve had at any Cookout! The shake was amazing! My food (Cajun chicken sandwich with Cajun fries and cheese bites) was fresh & delicious! The young lady taking orders was precious & friendly. Food was quick & it was just an overall great experience so I wanted to give praise!
