The last few times we've been to Krystals here in Lebanon Mr. Bryson has been at the window. I just wanted to let you all know what a great job he's doing. He's always very polite and friendly. He has great customer service skills. Thanks for a great visit Mr. Bryson!
I am always amazed at how much food the people that work in this small building are able to put out. They've always been friendly welcoming and do a great job. I didn't give three stars for atmosphere cuz I'm sure it's hot as hell in there but they grin and bear it

All I ask for was no pickles on my burgers. But I got burgers with so much mustard on them, that every time I bid into him the Buns would slide out from the burgers because it was so wet with mustard. A little bit more attention to the quality of the burgers that are being served would be great. How about a little less ice filling the cup and a little bit more of a soft drink. 3/4 of a cup of ice is really not needed. Other than that everything else was good.
