This was the forth time my family and I have visited an Outback steak house from Ohio, Washington DC, Tennessee etc. They all either have bad food, lack of service or long wait times.This particular location, we waited 15 minutes to place our drink orders. Appetizers came with in a reasonable time, but our mains took thirty minutes.My ribs were subpar, no grill taste, chewy. Might as well have boiled them. My wife's steak was extremely salty, her onion soup too. Our kids chicken tenders while tender, but were bland.Never again.

Service was great and the food was fabulous. Both steaks were cooked just like we ordered and oh my goodness that Alice springs chicken was melt in your mouth. The baked potato was also cooked perfect completely cooked but not over done and fresh and hot. Enjoyed everything and price was reasonable as well.

We stopped in on our way back home from fighting Nashville all day. Still having a 2.5 hour drive left we just wanted to relaxed. App came out and salad (as pictured) all was good. Then the steaks came out. They were suppose to be medium rare which they were close but had a black crust that was almost unchewable. I ordered fries with mine and they brought it with asparagus! She had sweet potato with butter sugar and cinnamon but only got butter. She decided not to say anything. Since the server done a disappearing act the guy that brought the food got me some fries. We never got 1 refill and waited forever just to get the check due to the magical disappearing waitress. Wouldn't see her anywhere on the floor and there was only about 10 people in the whole restaurant. Guy with 2 kids came in right behind us, put his order in alittle after us and when we were leaving I heard him tell the staff "Can I just get my food in a box... I got to go to work"

The place was not very busy, but our waitress stayed over at the table with the older couple for a long time Just talking and not checking on us. And it took 45 minutes to an hour to get our food, so we were not pleased at all.

The food was good.But the service was the best. My waitress Brittany was so prompt and kind taking care of everyone in her section and making sure all had what they needed. She deserves her own 5 stars great work.Again the service was the best.

Horrifyingly awful. Waited 2 hours for our food. Steak was dry and awful, I don't know how you can ruin a filet but they did. Plus, we never did get all if our food. Was supposed to come with mashed potatoes. Never got em. Waitress was unapologetic about the wait and inattentive.
