My husband went in tonight and got us two medium pizza. My pizza rocks and he said so does his. I wish I could give y’all at ten stars. You guys rock. Thank you all.

We have just discovered Papa Murphys through a friend. Loved their pizza however the staff is rude the manager is rude & the people making the pizza need to wear hairnets & something over their beard. Tonight we got a pizza & the whole pizza was off. Dough wouldn’t bake ingredients had a weird after taste. I think it was done intentionally, Papa Murphy’s you need to be nice to people!

They did give me a refund No sure if this gets added to my last review which I left since I typically will not change my reviews since I wish to review exactly how I felt at the apex of service was remembered, good or bad. They really need to edit their page and make it a point to tell customers they do not cook the food. Locals know you do not cook the "restaurant/take out/ delivery" food you sell. They also know that the microscopic letter under you logo say " Take and Bake". Which in all honesty does not mean anything until after you know since 99.99999% of restaurants/ Delivery actually serve cooked food

When I got my pizza into the car I noticed a roach crawling around inside the saran wrap. I hurled the pizza out the door. Only eat here if you want some extra hidden protein in your pizzas. For the price they charged me, perhaps it was a premium topping.

I love Papa Murphy's, but I was totally turned off when we went in to order a pizza today. The young man that took the order - very polite and courteous. He started to make our pizza. Then another young man came from the kitchen - he had long thick hair that was all over the place!! He started making two other pizzas. I told him he needs to wear a hair net - his hair was falling all over him!! He said we don't have to here!!!It was totally disgusting! I will not be going back!

So much for $10 Tuesdays. I typically leave work at 7 PM on Tuesdays and arrive at 7:15 to order a pizza. This evening when I arrived the employees were inside but had the lights out and refused to acknowledge any customers. The staff is their joking and laughing with each other when the sign on the door and the website clearly states they are open until 8 PM. I can understand a store closing early Due to staffing issues that several retail facilities have been experiencing as of late. But when you have two or three employees just hanging out with no explanation, it does not look good.

It was great pizza but now it's just good. I'm not sure if it's the young people they hire but the toppings are all pushed to the center and I have to rearrange everything at home.
Really 4pm on a Tuesday and no one is here, 8 people walked up to the door while I sat in front . Missed out on a minimum 9 costumers. Definitely not worth the trip.

No one had a hair net on hair in their face one girl had an attitude with myself an my husband. An when I asked for the store manager a minor walks out he couldn't be no more than 16 years old. None of the employees tonight could of been no older that 17 an in highschool still working. I do not appreciate how the girl started talking to my husband an picked up her phone while taking my husbands order an slamming it on the counter. I would like things to be fixed at this location a call from corporate office of this location.
