I really wanted to sit at the Hibachi grill, but the wait was more than an hour, so I sat in the dining area. The service was friendly and fast. I ordered the spring rolls, and while crispy on the outside, they were ice cold on the inside. I also had the Hibachi Chicken. We had the most delightful Valentine's celebration with dinner at Bella Hibachi! Our server, Summer, delivered our drink orders quickly and our special food requests perfectly. There were a variety of special requests around our table (additional to go orders, dietary requirements, sushi orders along with hibachi grill) and Summer handled every single request with professionalism and a big smile.
