The young man Matthew’s customer service was spectacular! I like how he use the term guest instead of customer really made us fill welcomed.. keep up the great work young man and you will succeed in life!

My favorite chicken chain. I think it's the batter - the flavor is just better than anyone else's. And their chicken strips? Fantastic! I had Chick-Fil-A chicken strips the day before. They weren't even half as big - literally - as the better-tasting Bojangles chicken strips. And Bojangles' iced tea? Steeped like they mean it (for proof, see photo). Seriously, it's good.

You know I was pretty satisfied with everything the food was great better than KFC and no problem with the service either except the fact that they seem to always be handing out half gallons of spoiled tea went back twice in a row for new half gallons and they were all the same so I'm not sure they're even being frigerated but they all seem to have a sour taste from spoiling not happy with that fact but everything else was pretty good food seem to be fresh and hot just been unsatisfied...read full review
