Everytime I come through TN I stop only at this Krystal's they have the best burgers out of all the other Krystal's the others just don't seem fresh everything is good in Manchester
What more is expected? We haven't had Krystal in a few years due to moving away. During our road trip we had to stop and let me just point out Bob! He was an absolute breath of fresh air! So friendly and helpful. Bob you nailed customer service. Your positive attitude and kindness. We need more folks like Bob in the world. Thanks again.

Had to wait for our food. The fries was supper hot but the hamburgers was cold. If you gonna have to wait 10 to 15 mins for food at least let it be hot. The cheese was not even melted. Great little burgers but has got a little expensive. Did the 24 with 2 M friends and 2 drinks $60. Ordered a chilli cheese dog also but it was not in the bag.
