I went inside to get my food and I'm pretty sure they forgot about me. The drive thru was moving rite along. I cept asking but nobody seemed to know anything and 2 of the 4 people I asked didn't really seem to acknowledge that I had even spoken. Then I got my bag after almost 20 minutes, and the half box of fries I got were upside down and spilled in the bag. Worst Wendy's ever.
I placed an order online, and then went to pick it up and I pulled into the parking spot designated for the Mobile app customers, thinking that it would be brought to my car but it wasn't. I had to go inside and get it myself after waiting for quite some time. It was frustrating to say the least, so it would be wonderful if it can be posted that the Mobile app ordering is not what you would think it would be as far as curbside service. Save some others time in the future.
