The food was good and made to order. I rated the service as just average because the staff asks for tips when they are not performing tip worthy services. They are paid FULL hourly wages, not service worker wages, so should not be asking for tips. I may not return to this restaurant because of these deceptive pressure tactics. Not customer based, lack of engaging with customer. Slow and inexperienced employees but one bossy and rude chief during my visit. Sandwiches don't even compare to commercials!
