The food is absolutely ? amazing! But, the service is absolutely ? beyond horrible. I ordered and paid for my food 1 hr in advance and still had to wait another 45 minutes to get it when I arrived. The cashier was too busy eating and talking. Then, she had my order incorrect and didn't want to fix the issue. She finally did, in which took yet another 15 minutes.Again, the food is amazing! I think Mississippi and Memphis have different ideas about BBQ. We season our meat in Mississippi.DineIn Experience:The ribs were tender and tough. They had too much bark on them, which made the top layer of meat tough to eat. Under the bark was tender meat. I asked for sauce on the side because I like to taste the flavors of the meat but I definitely had to dip the tender meat in the sauce. The sauce is good. I just bought a rib tip plate for 17.00 ribs was so hard I think one of my teeth came out my mouth ???.the slaw was good the potatoe salad was good....they over cooked the ribs tip?
