Food is always delicious, service is great, & atmosphere is laid back. Last time I visited, I was told that the loaded potato compensated for two sides. I had to pay full price for a meal, minus the extra side that I could have had. Please listen to customers sometimes! At one point the shrimp was discontinued, then the potato. When will there be a customer incentive such as happy hour? We love Houston’s, but love ❤️ us!
Blaire was 6/5 stars with hospitality, recommendations, personality. Houston’s has been a staple in my family for years in the NY location and I’m glad to see that it is keeping the same standard in Memphis!

Lighting was somewhat dim Music subdued and not too loud Booths comfortable Service was acceptable The spinach and artichoke dip was piping hot and nicely cheesy and stupendous flavor. The rotisserie chicken was moist and seasoned to perfection. Perhaps one of the best ever.
