this is the FOURTH time i have asked for a turkey tom unwich with no mayo and they have given me a regular sandwich drenched in mayonnaise. i absolutely love jimmy johns but i can't keep going when they get my order wrong every time. Unfortunately my family had experienced the same things. :(

I came in around 2:20 ish on 7/16/23 and ordered the chicken caesar wrap. Tried to pay with my card, but the machine wasn’t accepting it. I didn’t catch the woman’s name that was taking my order, but she was super helpful and offered to grab the manger to sort the issue out. Told her no biggie and I’ll pay in cash instead. Delicious sandwiches, chips and drinks. The girl at the register would not speak up so we could hear her and she got our order wrong. The older gentleman was incredible and fixed the issue asap!Clean restaurant and great location
