“My family and I visit McDonald's a lot at a few locations mostly as well as use door dash. Most of the time the food is correct hot and fresh. When ordering via drive thru the service is sometimes good and sometimes just handing the bag and drinks out the window. No thank you or your welcome if I say thank you. There's always room for improvement. 4 stars across the board to be fair“

Tried to resolve with cashier and she told me the total was the same. Tried with 2nd window cashier and that was a bust too. Finally spoke with a manager and was confused too...she ended up giving me another dollar...which was now more money than I was supposed to get back from my actual order.“
“Went to the drive thru late night , My Mcflurries didn't look like the ad. I guess bc I used a discount code from my app. I'm not sure. The server told me the machine did it that way. Other than this, I had no problems at all. This is my "GO-TO" Mcd's because of the service! “It’s around the corner so we go there a lot. Wouldn’t be my first choice of McDonald’s but it’s not too bad. Service is typically good. Unless you go between midnight and 6 AM. Good luck getting anyone to even answer the drive through intercom at that time of night. (Spoiler: you won’t). Even though they are clearly stated as being open 24 hours. The attached photos are of the payment window and then the pick up window in the drive-thru after I sat at the intercom for 20 minutes or so and couldn’t get an answer.“
“Oh my!! So I was coming from Raleigh area, headed close to Collierville and needed some food before getting home. I know the locations closer to me are always packed so I thought about this location, how nice they are and have fresh food ...this time, it was later so I was worried the evening shift would be rude and impatient..so on so on!! Turns out THIS LOCATION IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST regardless of the day....I was able to quickly order my food and got to the windows (pay & pickup), they were super nice....even gave my pups a pup cup of whip while we waited (Adrian). The food was so freaking fresh and good...I ate on the way home - it didn't make it to the house but I THANK THEM again because it's so hard to find great customer service and they never fail me at going above and beyond!!! “I come to this location some mornings on my way to work. Most times my food is hot and fresh using the drive thru usually before 6:40 am. The service is usually quick but depending on who is working the customer service from some of the workers is just handing out your food. I always say thank you and most of the time no response. There is one young lady there some mornings at the first window who has great customer service she smiles and says thank you. I will be sure to ask her name so she can get the proper credit. I use door dash often for lunch too.“

“I'm going to brag about this location a bit, I have been frequenting McDonald's a whole lot more because of this location. There is usually a bit of a wait, which is bad on most occasions, except this one. I am almost certain this location cooks per order. ? every single time I go, the food is hot ?. Not Luke warm, but hot. Which at most locations is not heard of, and because of this, I have continued to return and gladly wait. The only thing I recommend is,for customer service to continue to be implemented. Customer service here is not bad, or I wouldn't return, but it can definitely be worked on.“
