We came in towards the end of the shift, and it was if the staff had already closed. The younger generation could use some substantial training to make certain their first priority is customer 1ST no matter what the clock says.There were customers sitting still seated inside the dining area as well as walk-ins and online orders. I couldn't order a sandwich because it was too late and they ran out of French baguette.I'm in management and would only like to see more training please....read full review
I'm not a regular at Panera but today I joined the unlimited sip club and I decided to visit a location. The restaurant was clean and nice and the people were great. I feel like it took them a long time to make the sandwich but I don't really care I wasn't in a hurry. But omg the parking lot on the road side stunk really bad.

Staff was very professional and friendly. My order (avocado, spinach, egg white with sausage and gouda cheese on multigrain bagel & cranberry orange muffin)came very quick. I did not wait long.
