Loved this place, but most impressive was the great service that Carlethia gave us. She was so pleasant and very very attentive. She checked on us frequently and was just so friendly and welcoming. Our food was great - a couple of us had the wet ribs and they were really good. Best mac n cheese that we'd had while we traveled from MN, to MO, to TX, to LA then in Memphis. The interior of this place is a guitar museum and worth the visit for just that. The Gumbo still has my son talking about it and we have a goal to try to recreate it. The musical entertainment was top notch. We loved Chris and in the evening we heard Free State, who were impressive. Hearing Chris with the saxophonist from Free State was a real treat, especially the Ewi!

Great experience here.Free entry, good beer.I haven't eaten here.There was a show going on.It was amazing.The singer had a beautiful voice and the band was in tune.I recommend it for people like me who are looking for a quiet place to eat and drink while sitting while listening to blues, rock, etc. music.Only negative thing was the volume, it was too excessively loud.Since they are right in front of you you have to move away a little.Otherwise you risk going out with ringing ears.Would...read full review
