The process of ordering and being seated is a huge disorganized cluster you-know-what. The avocado toast I'm pretty sure is made with refrigerated from a tub guacamole. The tomato was light pinkish/see-through and crunchy. The whole avocado toast was cold. After waiting over 35 minutes for it, I was not going to send it back. Beautiful place but if you're going to highlight pancakes they should be something special. They were not. Honestly, the pancakes had absolutely no flavor and were not fluffy and light. Disappointed.
