Don’t forget to get your sauces ahead of time. She did ask and I said no, assuming they still give you those packet dressing. Welp! ? Joke was on me cause they don’t. && they were out of lids to make to go sauces. At first I was like now WTFDSDTS? Apparently the young lady working the till was tired. I know gworl! Anywho leaving out the door tired like the young lady with her ipods was… I remembered how it was working in food so I’m not tripping. I just know to order sandwiches only here! ????“

“Look I'm a simple type of guy and I love this place. I been living next to this subways for 9-10 years so far and been going here off and on. Sometimes everyday or 3-4 times in a weekday even. They been having new staff through the years but there are always the two same workers I have seen ever since I stepped foot into this establishment. They have been nothing but kind/courteous and get to the point of my sandwich/meal, Lol. I always get a flat bread with the grilled white chicken as the meat, orange/white colby(cheddar) shreds being toasted. Than adding lettuce, regular mayo, cucumbers and green peppers and onions and also tomatoes. I use to get black olives but not anymore. Other people who may review this establishment, this specific one here in Memphis,Tn and may or will say it's bad and all that mumbo jumbo, they just do not know how to be kind and stop asking for so much things that they can't give to you. An having a attitude that works in hand of not being kind or patient, be loud and clear(of course) and point to what you would like/love on your meal(I greatly encourage this). Don't give them a hard time, some may be new and training and some not. We are adults and we work, most in food industry like me. I'm a server and have great respect for these workers at this subway. I don't be social with them so they don't know a lot about me like I do with them, but if they saw this review I hope they get a smile on their face. They know/seen my Farther and autistic brother(quite often through the years) if they need that to know who I am, lol.“

“It's a typical Subway, so there is that. The food is made with care, and you may find your sandwich looking like one of the photos. The staff and management are the reason for this, and the people there have set an example of how shift labor organization, customer service, and thorough attention to your order can be. If your restaurant is struggling, you should go see how these people work together and ask what they did to accomplish that... and go at noon... one of the busiest times and see how efficient they are. Kudos to the staff for doing a splendid job day after day and doing it with a great attitude.“
“chelsei chelsei chelsei!!!!! i walked in with my family of 5 at around 8:40 right around the time they close and chelsei welcomed us with a huge smile and exceptional customer service. We did order a lot of food and she assured me it was fine, in her words "this is my job, i love what i do and i love helping customers." i loved the ambiance, chelsei made sure me and my kids felt at home and it reminded me of a deli i went to growing up as a boy in chicago. nonetheless i made sure to leave her a tip for her generosity and humility. Subway this girl deserves a raise, her own store location, or anything to help promote workers like this asap, she is the best fast food worker i've come across with such a kind soul and the intention to do nothing but good. “I love this subway. They are fast and always busy during lunch hours. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because every time I order online I get no sauce or a tiny amount on my sandwich. If I watch them make it and it turns out perfectly. My suggestion is to please stop making the sandwich that people cannot see you making it wrong. We order off the app for a reason.“

“This is a cool spot to have a Subway with a patio! It is located in the heart of the medical district. My visit was short and sweet. The service was pretty good. They made my order just how I liked it and the food was good. The parking is good as well considering where it is located. I also like the design of the establishment as a whole. The patio has good number of chairs and tables just in case you come with a group. The inside is also very spacious and can be a good spot to get some work done if you need to. Cool location!“

Well my boss had me go today and order 7 sandwiches for his employees and they handled them orders like pros. Great job today guys I will now feel more comfortable going there again to get my food. “This location is always busy Monday -Friday. This is the cleanest Subway in Memphis. You can literally smell all the slice ingridients thats how you know its fresh. The food taste really fresh go and try it and compare it to other subways. My favorite subs are the cold cut or black ham. Really friendly customer service. Yasmin made my sub today and it was delicious. The manager at this location is really sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet their is no chit chating employees. I recommend this place 100%.“

“My first two orders here I didn't tip. The last two orders, including today. I tipped $4. My second to last order I had to get my own chips. My last order today I had to do the same. I will not be giving anymore tips. I ordered online so I can only have to walk in and pickup. Since I have to also get my own chips. I won't tip at this location.“
