A 5 Star food trailer?! Seriously, yes. I was surprised. I’ve eaten from here 3 times. Pulled pork sandwich was awesome! Burger was decent, but they’re getting the 5 star from me for their pulled pork and potato salad—worth the extra $1.50, so I don’t mind the upcharge for it.
Stopped in last night about 30 minutes before they closed. I'm so glad we stopped! The gal came out and greeted us and was super sweet (name sounded like Cuter/Queter). Food was delicious! We got a meat platter to share! Ribs, shoulder, and sausage, plus beans, Cole slaw, and Texas toast. We will be back!

Staying at pilot next door and couldn't resist some bbq in walking distance. I got the large pulled pork sandwich with slaw and baked beans. The sandwich was very good. Tender, sweet, slightly tangy. The beans were ok, could have used more flavor for sure. The slaw was the weirdest shade of yellow and unlike anything I have ever had, not really my thing. Definitely would try again, but I would get the potato salad instead of the slaw for sure.
