My sincerest apologies to Zaxby's. The last review was for Jack's in Millington. I'm not sure how it got mixed up. The food is ALWAYS GOOD at Zaxby's. I haven't had any issues at this location.
It's alright. My first time at this restaurant and my very first visit was good. I has ordered two Cobb salads with fried chicken. It was okay. Coulda added more bacon. Bacon was scanty. The next time, I ordered the Chicken Philly and they had all the cheese and veggies on one half of the sub. I was very disappointed that I didn't taste the cheese and bell peppers throughout the sub. ?? So I called and spoke with a manager who was pleasant. I’m a little disappointed. I should have known better than to deviate from my usual but it sounded good. I paid $17 for tacos that don’t look anything like the advertisement, drowning in chipotle ranch and barely-there pickles. The service as usual was good and the time spent in the drive thru was reasonable…so there’s that.
