The food is always good and the manager makes you feel welcome. She’s amazing with my son who has special needs. It makes things so much easier for us. I highly recommend this Arby’s.
The atmosphere and food of this Arby's on Highway 51 is above par in every aspect. The service is fast and efficient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food mostly looks like it does on the menu pictures. The restaurant is clean and has been kept that way since it opened. There are very few times that you go to a fast food restaurant and get this level of commitment, and I have had many visits to this locale and have yet to be disappointed. The food is not what it used to be. I got mine cold, and the roast beef was dry. The best part of the sandwich was the bun. I think it is overpriced for what you get. The fries are always cold and unappealing. They had to be thrown out. Don't recommend takeout or drive thru. At least the dine in can be fixed, not that you should have to.
