I was told on the phone that I could order over the phone and use my rewards to get my free parm bites when I arrived, but when I arrived I was told no you have to order online in order to redeem the free parm bites rewards. Thankfully they wound up giving them to me anyway. Otherwise I would've had to cancel the order. They were very nice about it.
Update 10/6/23: Ordered 2 pepperoni stuffed cheese breads. Said 20 to 30 mins, arrived on time when it should have been finished, I've been waiting for more than 30 mins after that. They aren't getting receipts printed so pizzas are piling up and they have no idea where they go. Again, probably the most dysfunctional I've seen a kitchen before. Also, the store is dirty, the windows and windowsill are gross.These workers desperately need a raise and they need to hire more people....read full review

The online tracker counts down your order’s time, but it isn’t accurate at all. The pizza we ordered was put in the oven 45 minutes after we placed an online order - not great. I don’t think we’ll be ordering from this location again anytime soon unless they become a bit more efficient.
