Workers are very nice but both our sandwiches were completely wrong and had to be remade. Mine was right but my husband paid for extra cheese and did not get it. We were not the only customer this happened to at that time. The employees were very nice about making the sandwiches over and gave us a free drink while we waited. We will be back.
I didn’t have any problems. This was my first visit to this location. Everyone was friendly. The service was quick, and they have a big dining area. They are still using the serving baskets, which is nice. My Philly Cheesesteak was normal. Big parking lot.

This location is usually good. I did an online order yesterday for the 25 year anniversary promotion, and I don’t know if they ran out of Philly steak meat or what when they got to my sandwich. But this is unacceptable. I tried reaching back out to the store by phone and no one will pick up. So that’s why I am leaving a review. They were extremely busy yesterday, and I can understand that. But I paid for my food like everyone else. I didn’t pay for no scraps.
