I think that the staff could use a refresher course on how to take and fulfill an order. I had to go inside after leaving the drive through to ask for them to complete the missing items off my order. While standing at the counter asking for my items, three other people came up to do the same. The manager was on point and was very professional and accommodating. The food is always okay. But, the customer service is entirely lacking. The speaker sometimes cuts in and out and my fiancee couldn't understand what the order taker was saying because the speaker kept cutting out, so he politely explained to her that he couldn't understand her, and this worker responds in the rudest tone that you can use with a customer. I used to work fast food, I know how exhausting it can be, but that doesn't give you the right to take it out on customers...read full review
