I do not know what is going on at the upper level of management.This is not a this store problem.The lobby-dinning areais treated as an afterthought. It takes nearly twenty minutes to get a large coffee black?When I finally get my drink it is tepid.There is some funky wall that hides the front from the kitchen no dedicated counter person, fifteen minutes to order and I'm the first in line? Wen through drive and they asked me to pull up, I pulled up and waited for nearly 30 min then informed they had lost my order.(It was straightforward very simple and small) The girl delivering was very nice and apologetic, but not a good way to run a business. Some serious management changes need to occur.
