This was our first visit to the tea room with my daughter and daughter in law and we were very excited as we’ve had tea many places and always enjoy it. When we looked at the menu, we realized this is not a true tea room, although they do serve tea, hot and cold. It’s more like a lunch spot that looks like your grandmas house. I wasn't sure what to expect before having lunch at the Tea Room with a local friend, but it wasn't as frilly as I was expecting (which was a good thing to me). Actually, any manly man could enjoy lunch here without losing his man card. The lunch was fantastic. Based on others' reviews, I tried the squash soup and it was delicious! I highly recommend eating here!

Wonderful food. I felt sorry for the waitress she was working the lunch crowd alone. She had several tables and customers. The owner was seating customers, taking orders over the phone, running the cash register and carry food and drinks to the tables. I understand how hard it is to find employees.
