Food is mediocre at best. O'Charley's has been going downhill. They used to be so good, but now they're not good.Loaded Potato Soup was a huge disappointment. What happened to the original recipe? Why did they change it? They shouldn't have changed it.
Slow service. Place was nearly empty. Ordered medium rare steak. Got nearly well done cold steak. Waitress checked once to see if everything was ok.....before the meal was delivered.

We got curbside pick up and had to wait almost 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I didn't get my side order of salad and got a very small portion for my entrée. The catfish sandwich that my wife got was all bread and very little catfish!!! It was not good. The asparagus she got was also super over done and not seasoned at all. Overall bad service and bad food.
