I was having trouble with my Salsarita's app today at the Providence Mount Juliet Salsarita's location. The two young women working the front of house (Leah and Shelby) were so patient and incredibly helpful. It was the best costumer service I've experienced in a while! Not to mention they were very busy but still helped me.The food was delicious too!
Pretty empty on a Friday about 7:30, food was good, a little pricey. If you order with chips be aware you get quite a few, if I went again I would split the chips with others. I got a bowl with the plant based chorizo which was really good. They have a choice of beans, and choice of salsas or guacamole with the chips which cost extra. I have been to this location 3 times. The food is decent enough but the customer service is horrible. I am not one to complain. I gave the benefit of a doubt and went back each time and it has not improved. The manger acts like his day is ruined by your presence and yells at his employees. I understand having a bad day and dealing with the public! It is very difficult! I am just hoping the service will improve and be more friendly.
