Ordered online for curbside pickup. After 30 minutes waiting, I called store to make sure they had received. Employee who could hardly speak English, said order was there and ready. He brought it out and I left. When I got home, sandwich was cold, cheese had recongealed and bread was hard. Sprite was not good. Apparently Sprite keg was not mixed properly. It was awful. The only bad thing I have to say about my visit was that one of the workers went from preparing the sandwiches to the cash register and back to others sandwiches without washing her hands or changing her gloves. To me that is unsanitary and I know she went do it during inspections..

I don't eat at subway too often..today I called to see if they were accepting coupons or not..sometimes they do, sometimes they won't..this time I called to ask..when the employee answered the phone, I asked my question...I was told "they couldn't right now", they were busy and then he hung up on me...I guess they are so busy, they don't need business!
