One meal not placed in bag. Called location and informed teammate at location. She asked for my receipt information, my name, phone number. I was told to provide my name, phone number and on my next visit meal would be replaced. Went today and asked for previous meal when placing other orders. Manager informed me that my information was not in system and she could not do anything about it. Informed me that offer expires after one month if not picked up. Really can't complain about Chick-fil-A you know what you are getting and they have the right expectations of their staff to provide a higher than average experience especially high for fast food. This is why they are almost always busy.

A great experience every time we enter this restaurant. Friendly, always clean, respectful, and consistent. I don't know how you manage to hire the best staff with well manored and authentic people, but you are always much better staffed than any other place in town.Thanks for reminding us what service is supposed to be and holding to a higher standard.
