My children are huge fans and couldn't get enough of it. They even requested that we order more next time. “Just drove all the way from Columbia, TN because my husband said it is the "Best in Tennessee". Well he didn't lie. I spent 10 years of my life in Las Vegas where the food can not be beat..... until tonight. The Chicken Curry is yellow BTW and 2 die for! How do I even begin with the crab Rangoon, they are so light and airy and almost like a dessert. Unbelievable wish I could write another review so I could give them 10 stars. Amazing!“

They are a little unorganized with the carry out names, and will ask you what you ordered instead of having it under your name, but everything else makes up for that small glitch. “This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. Their food is always prepared on the spot, always hot and fresh, and very full of flavor. Not the over salted, MSG flavor you find at a lot of places, and not the bland and overly sweet flavor you find through drive-thru Asian places. Fu Sing is authentic. Their mai fun (stir fry brown rice noodles) are my absolute favorite.“

The variety is respectable, and is definitely best on the weekends.I highly recommend the coconut shrimp, pot stickers, chicken skewers, stuffed crab, and well, literally, almost everything.They have a sushi bar, which appears made to order, even.If you have a large party, there will be a wait. I found everything I needed at the store and the cashier, Elijah, enticed me into the Cafe.I saw Pad Thai on the menu and thought why not.I ordered a chicken and a tofu pad Thai. Both were very good. Nice solid portions and fresh flavors!! I ordered a 3 (1-5 for hot levels) and it was perfect on the heat!!Everything about it was good and tasty. I'll definitely throw this stop in my mix.“
