“Wanted to try Colombian by Lascassas Kroger, but walked out due to ridiculous prices. Decided to give this place a try. Not inexpensive, but I'm used to this. Korean food is typically prepared with much care and pride and costs a little more, and it shows here. GREAT staff, very friendly, and falling over themselves to help you understand everything about their menu options. My 11.95 lunch special had five nice strips, a drink and a side, delivered quickly and piping hot. As a diabetic, I hate the over- sugared sauces I find in most local restaurants. Sugar is a substitute for real flavor, people, and this place has great sauces without heavy sugar. Excellent, moist, crispy chicken. Will try wings in future, but boneless wings are much smaller and just not the value here like chicken strips. Don't understand complaints about cost (except maybe the small boneless wings). The quality, preparation, and amount of food easily justify the prices. Little surprised they offer beer in the fast food environment, but also common in Asian restaurants. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. With few Veggie options, Vegans will be better served elsewhere. I am about to become a very regular customer, as the menu has lots of great choices.“
“Food is good, but not the best. I do enjoy the shakes. It's not a bad place to eat and the overall price is fair I'd recommend them for quick burger and shake. I gave a 3 star on food because I got a cod sandwich (which is not what they're known for) it was rather bland and not great but I suppose it was a good alternative when you don't want a burger. The burgers are what you'd expect and are good so still a 4 star fast food.“
“Truthfully the best wings I’ve had in Murfreesboro at an affordable price. I recommend the Mango Habanero and Jamaican BBQ wings. They have delicious waffle fries. At the moment, they have a buy ten wings get 10 half priced. I highly recommend this place.“

“Fiod is made fresh and served hot. Perfect burger spot for after a baseball game or meet up with friends. The milkshakes are outstanding and onion rings top notch. Burgers grilled fresh to order. Restrooms are kept clean and tidy as well as the dining room. I have been here about 6-7 times over the past 2 years and have never been disappointed. Great job to the Steak n shake team and management for their attention to details and overall customer satisfaction.“

I ordered online and called in requesting extra toasted. These guys remember my name everytime I order now and called me to make sure I wanted them double toasted again( I did). “Walked in for a snack and I was greeted. Walked out to see if they would di it again and yes. So I did a 3rd time and was greeted. The staff and I was all smiles. I ordered a hook and ladder. It was fresh hot. I had a drink chops brownie and cookie..... don't judge me. The gm wad there and i notified him of the job the staff did. It was clean employees are friendly no one was just standing around no one was on the phones. This is a place I will revisit. I also want to give a shout out to the e.ployees that was there. “The burgers and fries at Five Guys are always good. The quality of the burger and fries is top notch. The cashier was also very friendly and gave us two fountain cups for the kids without charging us more. I had a bacon cheeseburger and my wife had a bacon cheeseburger bowl. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because my wife's burger bowl didn't have bacon in it. However, they did give us a bowl of bacon to add to it. The bacon looked dehydrated and microwaved but still good nonetheless. “My trip to firehouse on Monday everything was fine but I got a large smokehouse brisket and cheddar sub got home and there was no cheddar on the sub. That’s actually the first time I’ve had an order made wrong there bt I’ll start checking them before I leave now.“

“I haven't been here in a long time. They always seem to mix up forget stuff from my order. They forgot ice cream on a to go order so I had to go back in to get it. I told 1 person. Then another came and asked what i needed. I explained inwas missing the kids meal ice cream, she asked "was it not with your drinks" it was not which is why I went back in, i told her "it wasnt i did look in the bags also". Then a third person manager i think in blue came and was telling me I had to wait because they had a bunch of orders ahead of me and I would have to wait. I tried to explain I had already waited and received an incomplete order. A 4th person came and said someone was making the ice cream. It was just this whole ordeal over a kids ice cream.“
“Brought my twins here, they had a cheeseburger and fries I really thought the portions were too big for a couple of 4 yr Olds but to my surprise they ate all of it and then the ice cream, I ordered a mushroom Swiss which is my absolute fav never a complaint about, friend got some curds. “We discovered Koji Express years ago when their original restaurant was only months old. Since then, they have opened several other locations, but their food has stayed consistently incredible, and it's really enough food for two meals if you can stop yourself from eating the whole thing!“
“I had an exceptional experience this past Sunday at Firehouse subs, thanks to Kevin! I was having a hard time making up my mind on what to order. I was starving and everything sounded good to me! There wasn’t a line, so I was taking my time to look over the menu, Kevin was patient and didn’t rush me, he asked me what I usually get I told him the New York Steamer, then he asked do I usually order it like it come or do I change it up. I told him how I get it and he said that sounded good he will have to try it that way sometime. Then he asked me what I was in the mood for? I told him, wasn’t sure, I’m starving, and everything sounds good. Then he threw out some Ideas, I told him I didn’t know nothing really jumped out at me. He was still patient and smiling and talking with me. The rest of my family finished ordering and I told him I still can’t figure out what I want, so I asked him, what do you like from here? He told me the Spicy Cajun Chicken, then he told me what all came on and then how he orders it when he gets it, so I told him let go with the way you get it, it sounds perfect! BTW It is now my new favorite Sub for Firehouse. The reason I went into so much detail about our conversation is because I manage a good size business that deals with people and our customer service had been our key to success! It's so hard anymore for people to be patient or even friendly with one another. Think about the last time you went to a restaurant or business, then think did they make eye contact, or did they smile? Then ask yourself, did it feel genuine? Did it feel like they even enjoyed being there talking to you and the only reason they smiled was because it was their job and they get in trouble if they didn’t. Well, Kevin made me feel welcome to be at Firehouse subs and he made me feel like he cared about what I wanted to eat and wanted to make sure I enjoyed it and was happy. It seemed genuine and not forced! Now he might have cared less and been faking it! Even if he was it never felt like it and honestly It doesn’t matter, because I still made me feel like I mattered, and he was glad I was there! It was refreshing to go to a business and feel you are not just another person in a line that they must deal with. Kevin gave me the kind service would expect to get a fine dining restaurant or a five-star hotel! So, I give a big shout out to KEVIN keep treating people like you treated me and keep doing the little extra things like you did with me, and you will stand out, you will shine and go far! “The time is 11:52 p.m. on September 27th 2023 wednesday. I came in to the store about 10 minutes ago. I ordered my sandwich probably about 5 minutes before that. When I came in the guy in the beard had my sandwich already ready bagging and told me that he remembered that I like to come in quickly. The fact he was able to make my food so fast and that he remembered who I was and did his best to take really good care of me really impressed. But on top of that, he made my sandwich perfectly! The food was unbelievably good and the store looks clean. I just changed my Windstar review for the sstore to a five star. I highly recommend this Jimmy John's with their current staff!!!“
“Best street tacos in town 8.9/10. They give you both red and green sauce. The rice and beans are a 9.1/10. Prices are very reasonable and they are quick to service even with a line. They always keep up quality. I've been here 3 or 4 times in the last couple of months so you know it's worth trying!“
