Placed a take out order on the mobile app because it’s faster then the drive through, got to the restaurant and the doors were locked ?! Called the store and they said they are short handed and we would have to go through the drive through, and I said NO, we will be late for school if we do that , and then I asked if someone could bring the order out to me, then they proceeded to ask me what I ordered. ??♀️ Seriously ? if your store can’t handle the mobile app then turn it off for that location, but don’t give the customer a hard time about it! We use this location almost every week day too. Might have to find a new location for breakfast in the mornings ! Ugh ?

The lady at the window looked like Mrs. Trunchbell on Matilda sweat was pouring out if her and she was all leaning out yhe window having whole conversations (im guessing to cool off) and she was the one I paid. I lost my appetite. My biscuit had been sitting for some time it was cold and the sausage was falling apart. Yuck.

Slow and rude staff. Undercooked hash browns. Chicken biscuit was taken out from heat lamp and left in the bag for 10 minutes while the expediter waited on the French toast dips. French toast dips were burnt, no syrup provided with them. Staff very rude when I asked for some after receiving my

The food is AWESOME when "Big V" is working, it's cooked fresh and made to order. The chicken tenders are good and fried to perfection! Go see Big V on second shift for some good food!!
Someone mopped and washed down things down with a sour mop and rag, it spells disgusting! The floor is so sticky your shoes stick to the floor. The biscuits and gravy are good if you stand the smell of the restaurant.
