I stopped in today . A manager treated an employee so disrespect by just grabbing what he was doing away from him . Instead she could have taken care of me as a customer in restaurant. We came into subway to get food with some friends and we had specifically told them we wanted the orders separated. But they charged both of the orders mixed and we payed without noticing. We sat down to enjoy our meal but the lady at the cashier called us back and told us that our order did not get rung up but we had gotten the receipt? We got up to check what was happening and it was a mess! The machine had stopped working and we sat there in front on the cashier for 10 minutes...read full review

Won’t take coupons even when the order is eligible for a coupon. Apparently management said she just changed this 2 weeks ago. Other locations are available near by that take coupons and have better customer service.
