We had a great birthday dinner with The Chop House a couple of days ago. Normally I am one who finds something on the menu and continually orders the same thing every time I return to that restaurant. The 14oz pork chop has been a favorite of mine for years. I experienced outstanding customer service today. The attention to detail to ensure me and my party had an awesome experience is beyond words. We all left feeling like VIPs. I salute Paul and his staff, we will definitely be back. Thank you for awesome experience.

Wonderful experience in every way. Including the server bartender and Chief. Perfectly seasoned. We didn't touch the salt and pepper. We didn't think it would be polite to lick the plates.
