“I came by this location a few nights ago to grab a bite to eat. I had several combos in my order and a lot of modifications. The lady in the drive through, I think she said her name was Cali, was so nice and perfectly repeated my order back to confirm. I am a frequent customer here and I am always happy with my visit when she's working. She also greeted me with a smile and good energies. She gave me crowns for my kiddos and waved saying you rule. “So, I walked into Burger King and ordered the largest sized serving of fries they had. (I was starving, and I can't eat gluten. Sorry Mr. Whopper.)One taste and you'll forget all about McDonald's. Seriously, these are the best fast food fries I've ever had. They were all crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, tasted like honest-to-God potatoes, and were perfectly seasoned. Not a bad fry in the bunch. The lady who took my order was very nice, and I got my fries quickly.Two caveats - first, these fries were HOT! Don't burn your mouth. I'm serious, they were really, really hot. Worlds better than cold soggy fries, but still. The second; their French fry servings are on the small side. Next time I jones for fries, I'll get two large orders.“
“Burger King isn't much different no matter which one you go to, It's smokey and they will probably mess something up.The difference at this location is, most definitely, THE EMPLOYEES.In a world of zombies more interested in the distraction coming from a box in their hand... These hard working individuals are genuinely friendly and pay attention the teir customers needs.As good as they all are, there is still a standout. The woman who works the drive through window during lunch rush is amazing. She is calm, cool and collected in what can only be described as organized chaos.I feel horrible for not knowing her name, but if you have been here you know exactly who I am talking about.Kudos to the Charlotte Pike Burger King in Nashville. I would rather eat average food served by nice people than great food served by someone who thinks I am an inconvenience!!!!“

“This store was by far the best BK we have been to in a very long time!! Our order was 100% correct, service was spot on right down to the employee who was servicing the dining area. If you are in Nashville, you will not be disappointed if you choose to dine at this Burger King. I know we’ll go back!!Dietary restrictions: Have it your way went perfectly! When asking for something to be deleted from the burger and they actually did it, that’s important to us.Parking: Handicap parking is convenient to the door.“
“The food was fresh and hot. I can't give if five stars because I substituted onion rings for fries. I was only give 4 ring. Didn't even fill the container. I first thought they had spilled in the bottom of the sack but that wasn't the case... I was sort of shocked.“
“The energy at this place is freaking awesome! And the drive thru guy that works in the later part of the day is the best one around. If your day isn't going that great, it might not be a bad idea to stop by this place to order a drink if nothing else and there is a very high chance you'll leave in a better mood. And it's so nice to be talked to like a person rather than hearing what sounds like someone is reading from a script. The dude is funny and has such a great attitude. I will definitely be going back to this one. I had such a great experience and didn't even mind having to pull around to wait on fresh food. “This burger king has been remodeled! They had a Grand Opening on Friday and it was SPECTACULAR! The food is great! All new employees and you can go inside and eat! The seats and tables are fantastic the atmosphere was great, new soda fountains with all the extra flavors! I will go here and eat inside every day now...I was so IMPRESSED with what the Caroll Company put on for the Grand Opening, the whole corner was popping, people everywhere, crowns on all the tables...I LOVED IT! KUDOS. Plenty of Handicapped Parking as well! Go Check It Out, You will not be disappointed!“
“Every time I come through this burger is spectacular! Only time they ever messed up something in my order, it was fixed, and I was compensated for my troubles even though I didn't ask for anything extra. But specifically the drive through worker, a lovely lady named Kapri, made my absolute year! First thing in the morning and this ray of sunshine was as chipper as she could be and was the nicest person I've ever seen in a drive through! She deserves a raise, bonus, and paid vacay!!!! 10/10!!!!“
“I ordered and a person handed me my coffee before I even finished saying coffee. The food was hot, ready, and they cranked a ton of people through in no time. That doesn’t happen on accident. It was good food served with the knowledge that we’re at the airport because we’re going somewhere.“

“First time going to this Burger King and honestly I didn’t think they were open because most fast food places open late and close early during winter storms but they were the ONLY place open in the area. Everyone else was closed. And there was just one employee there taking orders, making food, and walking the food out to customers. And on top of that they were so nice. They deserve a raise in my opinion. I was there at 6:15am on 01/20/24. If I’m in this area, I’m skipping all the other fast food joints and coming back here. If I could give more stars I would. “Both evening and morning crews have been young folk. They seem to get along well and I enjoyed watching them smile and have fun while doing their jobs. “Very friendly staff! The place looks great after the remodel, too. This is one place I don’t hesitate going through the drive through, even with my picky kids. There’s only been one time they got my order wrong, and they didn’t hesitate to remedy the mistake quickly and with a smile. No questions asked. Also, the food is always freshly made, and cooked perfectly! Love this location!Dietary restrictions: They have no problems making your order as specified, adding/omitting items as requested.Parking: Around 20+ spots available, in their own parking lot; not shared with another business. Easy access with 3 separate entrances/exits.Kid-friendliness: They have a full kid’s menu, with several options.“
