“The younger employees ,really don't tell you have a good day, enjoy your food, alot of younger people working but the older crew members are just as sweet as they can be , the youngsters working there seem to maybe just maybe, ? take some pointers from the old school crew members,,? there ,on being polite to the customers. “This is the only McDonald's around the Hermitage area that's got it together! I can get a milkshake at 6pm or 6am. Not the usual "OUR machine is down" spill. Which really means the employees are too lazy to clean it. It's clean on the inside and the drive though is fast. I 100% recommend this McDonald's for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just for a fast dessert or mocha frappe.“

“I do not have an issue with the food, service, or servers. My grand loves McDonald's, so after school, we have visited multiple locations. We often upgrade the sweet tea from medium to large. My issue is that I have noticed that the upcharge for the large tea at this location is $0.50. All of the other restaurants around Nashville are a standard $0.20. As often as we go to this location, that $0.30 adds up. We will probably visit this location less frequently, especially if purchasing a large tea.“

“I give five stars for having WIFI and music. Armed security guy looks like a stripper. The lobby was open after midnight, thank you for that. Nobody to clean the lobby at night, so many backed up orders, not enough staff. Food takes forever even though staff was moving as fast as they could. My suggestion is to open another McDonald’s downtown.“

“I go to this McDonald's alot; since it is close to home. The drive thru line is most of the time very long, but it does move pretty fast since they started the pull up and wait for them to bring your food to your car. 1 out of 10 times they might mess up something on your order but that's not to bad cause I remember it used to be worse. The drive thru is faster than walking in to order if you're not going in to eat. Even if the drive thru looks really bad.“

“Yes, I'm actually Yelping McDonalds. This McDonald is located in the Walmart on Hamilton Church. Generally I do not eat McDonald's due to health reason but Being the pharmacist at this Walmart I'm occasionally forced to dine here when I forget to pack my meals. Comparing to other McDonalds, this is an awesome location. They have a great staff who are always fast, friendly, and efficient. Every time I request to get fresh grilled chicken they are quick to oblige. Hats off to the owner and management for running a great operation.“
“McDonald's is very rarely a surprise. There is a reason they're everywhere. The food is tasty and you generally get what you expect. In the modern age though service can be shakey.In doors there are kiosks and minimal employee interaction. I generally preorder on the app. It's basically the same as doing it on the kiosk EXCEPT you can use the deals and get rewards points. I don't see any reason aside from laziness to not use the app. It'll generally save you money any time you visit.“

“I ordered a small fry. That was the only thing I ordered. They were so nice they upgraded my French fry to the guys order in front of me. That was super fly. There was so much food I fed the local bum. Also as I was charging my phone all day. They even let me smoke weed with them while the drive-thru was slammed packed. Thanks again guys“
“I don’t usually stop for food on this side of town but when I do the staff is always amazing. Today I felt the need to leave a review for the two young men working today. The 1st window it shows on the receipt his name is Sidel and I didn’t catch the young man’s name at the 2nd window. They were both so polite and had good manners and amazing attitudes. I came around 11:00am. It’s really hard to come by good people now a days and these guys deserve a good review.“
