“Food is always delicious from here, at times the employees can get taken away from the front. And they alternate people up front. Causing people to give out wrong items or missing something. “I had a really bad day, and I did not look at my address closely. My address is very fickled in apps. The door dash delivery driver did not speak English and did not help when I discovered the problem. He delivered my pizza to the wrong address and refused to help.However, Sarah, at the local store, understood and remade my pizza and had it delivered.I want to sincerely thank her for caring and making it right instead of saying it was my fault and not her problem.That's what turns customers into a loyal customer!Thank you, Sarah!“

Why not use AMERICAN CITIZENS for those jobs? “Had a mixup with another Papa John's regarding correcting a previous issue. Did not put in my reorder and had me waiting over 2 hours... Called back and somehow was routed to this one where the manager apologized and politely took care of my order. Had to pick it up where as the previous one was delivered; but she was awesome and I am a BIG fan of good customer service. Especially in these times.Ordered the New York and it was pretty good (or I was hungry after waiting lol)“
“This place has the best family staff!! And the food is excellent. The atmosphere is small. But this is mostly take out. You can eat in the restaurant if you like. The booths are comfortable, and staff will interact in conversation as long as they are not busy.“

“After a period of time during a worse phase of the pandemic when there were fewer workers, but not fewer people wanting pizza, service became very unpredictable. I might have written them off except I witnessed the mayhem and distress it caused the lone woman trying to answer the phones and deal with customers in front of her. I learned to order ahead or on slower days. My most recent order through the app was at 4:30 last night, a Friday, for a 6:00 delivery. I had forgotten to add breadsticks that were requested by one grandchild, called the store, and they added it. At 6:02, the delivery person showed up with our two pizzas and order of breadsticks. All were warm and cooked to perfection. I am glad they are back!“
