On my second attempt at experiencing Indian cuisine, this place completely won me over, surpassing my initial encounter and leaving me utterly enamored. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious.
This is definitely the best Indian food in Nashville. I got the roganjosh, asked for extra spicy and it was nice and spicy. My partner got the butter chicken. From what I tasted of it, it was also delicious and more complex than it often is at other places.The waiter was attentive and professional. The atmosphere was pleasant and nicely themed. Butter Chicken (amazing sauce!), Tandoori Chicken are both fantastic... but the Lamb shank... O.M.G... I have seriously not had it's equal. The sauce is fantastic, but the meat is so tender and non-gamey you will be amazed.This is our go-to pre or post airport place of choice. Small but not overly small. Quiet, atmosphere is ultimately what we look for in a restaurant like this. Owner and staff are lovely people every time we come in.Price is as one would expect for the quality.
