“I'll stop at this Sonic a couple times a week and I've never had a bad experiences. I've never seen an employee here that acted like they really don't like their job which is rare these days for fast food establishments. Food is always hot and the order is always correct. It's a pretty good-sized signing so there is usually somewhere to park even when it's busy. The parking lot is always well-maintained and clean. If you're going to try something new and haven't tried the Frito chili cheese burrito, try it! Around Rush hour it's kind of hard to get out and turned back towards Nashville because there is no red light. But this will always be one of my favorite Sonic restaurant.“
“We got to Nashville after our trip to Pigeon Forge so that we could get to our hotel before flying out back to Iowa and we decided that we would stop at Sonic as we couldn't find another place that we were all agreeable to eat.We pulled up and were able to look at the menu and take our time picking out what we want to do before we had to order and once we were ready to order we could just push the red button and they would come on and take our order.Food with her very quick and it was nice and hot and fresh and there is more than plenty of food per meal.The only recommendation I would make it this restaurant is that they fix their bathroom. It was very, very dirty and is in a less than desirable location.“
“Friendly car hops And quick to take my order. But i'd like to know what happened to the skates. The sonic I went to in Scranton PA before they closed they had Roller skaters bringing out your order and doing tricks on theirskates which was awesome. So again what happened to the skates??????? I think you should bring them back. Sonic is about delivering outside with roller that's the whole point of me even going there. That's the only thing I'm disappointed about.....“
“I came here this weekend, the food came out really fast! The girl that took care of me was a Hispanic woman with a few tattoos her name was Erin or Erika I think. She was so sweet, it was hot, the drinks were perfectly cold and the food was great. We had a lot of add ins for our drinks and it was a complicated order, everything was made right and my family was pleased. We tried to apologize to the woman (erika or Erin was her name) she told us no apology was needed that she enjoyed her job! There was a homeless man at the entrance looked like he was about to pass out, the same person went out and took him some water. This touched my heart ❤️ She told me she had worked at Sonic for over a decade and you can tell! Great customer service!“
“I lost my money to some crypto scammers and I was really devastated, but fortunately for me @hephaestuslock on instagram helped me recover back all my money. I really appreciate what you do, and I would like to say you're a blessing to all those people who have been scammed and you're the much needed hammer to smash those scammers and stop them in their tracks. “I ordered a large sweet tea, small onion rings and medium pop corn chicken, the popcorn chicken was hard, it felt like a bag of rocks, unfortunately I was already at work and could not go back to return them, my money was wasted because I threw them away, they were not edible therefore the quality was not good at all, Sonic please do better, this was totally unacceptable and a waste of my hard earned money.“
“Even though this Sonic is in a rough area. The service was great and the food was also excellent. Don’t pass this place due to the lack of curb appeal if you are in a pinch to get something to eat or especially to get one of their amazing slushes!!“
“Come here frequently! I’m a limeade addict. But my gravy!!!! ? I went today and ordered their chicken box with gravy and found out they took the gravy off the menu but the dude who brought my food out was super nice about my disbelief lolThe only other thing about this place compared to other sonics I’ve been to is sometimes if you want to sub your tots for fries,depending on who is working, they won’t do it. Other than that everyone who works here is super friendly and I’m happy everytime I get my cherry limeade ❤️ (I will be going to DQ for my chicken box from now on though ?)“
“Could not rate the food because we left. We left because it took 15 minutes to get a response after we pressed the order button multiple times and when the person finally answered you could barely understand her. Then when we finally ordered they were out of the food items we wanted.“
“Several of the kiosks are in severe disrepair or outright broken, but they usually always get our order right and they're always quick and polite. it's very inconvenient when several kiosks in a row are broken/in disrepair, you don't really know until you've already pulled into the bay.“

“My number one place to stop and get fast food. The prices are very reasonable! The food, as a whole, is generally very good but lately they've been cooking the onion rings to where they're just short of being burnt. I had to send an order back the other day but they made it right. I can't say enough good things about Sonic.“
“The staff here are always so friendly and personable. I have never had an issue with food quality either. I usually just get the popcorn chicken and a slush. The only suggestion I have is they get a big sign saying drive-thru only, and put individual signs in all stalls. I waited ten minutes at a stall after checking in on the mobile app. I wasn't told drive-thru only until I pressed the stall button. Just thinking about all the tourist in Nashville, a person wouldn't always know to go through the drive-thru unless they visited often.“
“I wanted to take the time to write this review for Brittany(spelling?) and her team. I can tell that she truly cares about her customers and being not only a hard worker, but a good worker. As someone with several years of management and staffing experience, this location would transform under the leadership of someone like Brittany. I truly believe that if Sonic invests in Brittany and the rest of this crew, this location would flourish and transform into a top-performer! I hope this review is added to Brittany’s performance record and urge anyone in a position of leadership to take her under their wing. Give that girl a higher-paying salary and some vacation time!! That would be the least she is owed for being such an awesome person and worker. I will definitely be back to this location because of Brittany and would love to discuss my experience further if anyone from corporate or management would like to reach out.
