Our steaks were probably the best we've ever had. They have a 3 story, glass wine cellar and the 3 story light fixture in the center of the restaurant is beautiful.Be prepared to sell off one of your children to pay for dinner, but it will be one of the best dining experiences you'll ever have!“

Star helped us get a table and a time that worked for us, got us seated and acclimated when we arrived, and was super accommodating and nice to my kid. “Bob's is always a solid bet for a classic American steakhouse. I have found each restaurant to be fairly consistent no matter the location. The drinks are heavy pours, which is indicative of Bob's Steakhouse. The filet is always a good choice. Mine was perfectly seasoned. The shrimp platter is my go to every time. The shrimp are HUGE! My waiter was very friendly and talkative. The pace of service was perfect!“

The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxing and beautiful in design.The servers were kind and helpful in suggestions. They were also respectful in doing their job during the time we were listening to the speaker.The food was great. I am not a steak person, so I would normally have ordered the salmon, but the waitress suggested the Filet Mignon. It was a great choice. Tender and flavorful! I will definitely come back.“

I ordered the Medium Steak Filet and Salmon combo and it was very delicious even though it seems like the cooks do not know the difference between Medium rare and Medium and had to get my steak sent back a couple of times the manager Jordan showed great customer service skills to the black community. I have also received awsome service from the brand new server Kyla. She deserves a raise. If you are coming to this location ask to be served by Kyla, she is the Angel Server of this LongHorn!!!“
“I’ve lived in the Hermitage area since 2018 and I’ve never been to Hermitage Steak House. My first time dining there and the food was great, the salad bar was very fresh and the wine was amazing. Staff was nice and super helpful. Our waiter was amazing as well. Hermitage Steak House will definitely get a return visit from me.“

“The food was really good but our waitress was really bad. We tipped five dollars on an $85 ticket. I wish I could post pictures, our table was absolutely piled with dirty dishes, even as my husband was signing the check. The waitress came by our table many times empty-handed and left empty-handed as well. Pre-busing is a must if you expect a decent tip from me.“

“I tried the Prime Rib. Probably won't do that again here. It was a good portion, but the meat was tough and the fat around the edges was inedible. I have had much better at different restaurant in the area. The wedge salad was excellent. My teenage son usually devours fries but did not like them at all. Overall, it was underwhelming for the price of the dinner for two.“
