The food here is excellent, but you should know ahead of time not to expect fancy decor or great service. The lady who runs "the front" is nice enough, but has no formal training(it's pretty obvious), but she is the only one waiting tables, being the cashier and taking both phone orders and pick-ups. We like to eat here, but wish they would hire an actual server at least for dinner time. Place is hit or miss, but usually is pretty good.Ordered 10+ times and had about 2 bad meals. If you order late, your food won't be as good. Ordered sesame chicken last week around 830pm, it was so dry, with almost no sauce.Never an issue ordering for lunch or around 5-7pm, but both times I ordered past 8 it's been trash.
