Best buffet anywhere close to Knoxville. Large selection and run more like a cafeteria. Great selection of Asian staples and American home style favorites. Food is refreshed often, stays hot/cold and consistent flavors. This is also the cleanest buffet we've found, with staff constantly wiping down counters and cleaning up spills quickly. Would have gotten more stars for atmosphere but I'm not a people person and I hate going into public. 5 stars for my first meal here on Saturday for dinner; two days later on Monday for lunch just 3 stars. The difference is from fresh to leftovers. Will definitely be back on a Saturday night, which was awesome!
