As someone who requires a gluten-free diet, I was so excited to learn that IHOP has GF pancakes. I was even more excited to find them so delicious now if they will add GF buns and bread as an option for burgers and sandwiches. Still, it was a treat to get to enjoy a pancake away from home Dietary restrictions: Has GF pancakes??????????
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this ihop has the most incredible service! Every server I interacted with and observed was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I don’t eat at ihop often but when I do, from now on I’ll make the drive to Oak Ridge.

I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich & planned on saving half of it for lunch, the chicken was about the size of a Krystal chick sandwich. I cut it in half & tried to stack the 2 halves together….still tasted like a Krystal chick. I also ordered a biscuit & gravy. The biscuits are flatter than their pancakes & tasted like a stick of butter, wasn’t able to eat it. Now, my husband’s omelette was good & was huge!
