I have been coming here for at least 7 years now and have noticed that they have gotten slower and slower. You buy one milkshake and it takes forever other stores like Kingston and Harriman and even Rockwood don't take this long.

Just ordered 2 #5's and got both with no lettuce added and one piece of bacon!!! What did I even pay for and wasn't even told if they were out of lettuce. Sonic is getting worse with delivery of food. HORRIBLE YA'LL SHOULD JUST CLOSE, SO SAD!!!

Friday night - Happy Hour.Ordered ahead on the app. Arrived and checked in. After seeing my order appear and disappear from the screen, I waited for 10 minutes before I pressed the button to ask about it. I was told they only had one car hop and she was “overwhelmed with orders and forgot” mine but that it would be out “right now”.
